I don’t know about you but when I travel it’s hard to get back into the swing of things. We often hear of the “vacation after the vacation,” right? Well, if you are fresh off the plane or just need a tiny getaway in the middle of a tough week at home, here is a lavender bath soak that is perfect to calm your senses. Great for your feet or your entire body, it’s a treat your skin and mind are sure to enjoy!

Post-Travel Lavender Bath Soak Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons German chamomile (see here)
- 1 tablespoon Epsom salts (see here)
- 1 tablespoon sea salt (see here)
- 1 teaspoon lavender buds (see here)
- 1 teaspoon bergamot (see here)
Instructions
Well, it’s truly easy! Just mix all of your ingredients together and add to running bath water. The recipe is good for one full bath, so you can use less if you are just soaking your feet. I also think this would make a great gift, and you can use the above recipe as a ratio of sorts, too. Relax…and enjoy!

Wow! I have about 75% of the ingredients listed. I will try this and package it in small containers for festive giftings. Great job!
