Packing for travel is important, so I pick pieces that are comfortable, easy to pack, and can serve multiple purposes. A sari silk wrap skirt can be the perfect way to accomplish all of the above.

Sari Silk Wrap Skirt Fashion
I went on a trip with Traverse Journeys to Portugal and had a gorgeous room all to myself at Mercador in Lisbon. The light coming in was absolutely beautiful, so I decided to photograph the 5 wrap skirts that I brought with me. Here goes!
Look #1
I enjoy supporting conscious brands, and I like pieces with a story, so I decided to purchase this, my very first sari silk wrap skirt. Each skirt is unique, so you specify color and pattern preferences when ordering. I adore the design they sent me, which pairs nicely with hot pink. The skirts are flowy, so I chose to wear it with a form-fitting top.
And just take a look at that tile and plaster work in the background. It was a gorgeous room to stay in!

Look #2
The skirts are so comfortable for sightseeing! I was thrilled with this one. It’s such a surprise to see what actually comes to your door when you order, but I haven’t been disappointed yet. I opted for a white top with a mini tank underneath for perusing the sights.

Look #3
Hands down this is my favorite silk sari wrap skirt. I am a big fan of green, and the pronounced design is right up my alley! Pulling off mustard is a hard task for me, but I think this shirt pairs well. Aren’t these skirts so lovely and feminine?

Look #4
Admittedly, I was disappointed when I first received this one. I love bold patterns and this one is more on the plain side. But it quickly grew on me! This mock mini turtleneck top is black and made of a gauzy material, which is perfect for a dressier look or going out at night.

Look #5
Guess what? The skirts come in TWO lengths! I ordered mostly long ones, but I am so glad that I added a short one to my order. It’s so cute, swingy, and fun! A tissue t-shirt was perfect to top this sari silk wrap skirt for going out sightseeing.

The skirts are recycled, and because of the wrap feature, they fit a variety of sizes AND they are reversible. If you’d like to find out more about Darn Good Yarn, just click here.

A sari is always a nice piece to have. It is versatile and I love the soft, silky feel to it. I only have one sari but I am wanting to get more. Thanks for the style inspiration you’ve shared in this post.
Those are all amazing looks! I especially love Look #3! The colors really stand out!
